Hailing originally from Nashville Tennessee and majoring in art history at Vanderbilt University, John Wade’s first career was as an Art Director for Film and Television Productions. In 2001 John sought a 2nd career with long term growth potential. After researching options, he observed a change in real estate in Hampton Roads. The building boom was accelerating. John graduated from Alpha College of Real Estate and GSH’s “quick start” program. Over a 4 year period he also achieved the designations of ABR and GRI. After a year spent gaining rookie of the year honors at GSH, he moved his liscence over to RE/MAX where he is still working today with The Tiger Team.
