We have a full time transaction coordinator who will make sure everything in the process goes smoothly. We have in house lenders to help potential buyers get pre-qualified, and a team of professional, knowledgeable agents who sell our listings before looking elsewhere. How do you determine the price of my home?
We use a comprehensive method called a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) to find the highest and lowest selling price of your home. Many factors are involved in this process including, improvments you have made, improvements in the neighborhood, other homes selling prices within the last 6 months and estimates based on current market conditions. The bottom line is that a home is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. We work hard to make sure your home is priced just right. That last thing you want is for your home to sit on the market too long and priced too high.
How long will it take to get my home on the market?
If you decide to list with us, your home will be on the market within 24 hours of signing the agreement. Within 72 hours your home will appear on our websites, as well as Realtor.com, AOL, MSN, Google, Yahoo, RE/MAX and many more.
